  worst experience of my life, started with battery, sold me wrong one. then my son hauled the gravely all the way to kearney to have them check the whole lawn mower over, he had put gaskets on muffler but it was leaking oil still and battery did not fit. My brother was a witness, he said check it out do a complete check up and make sure everything is ok just call if it goes over 300.00. they call and said all it need was a O ring. We got it home used it one time and it was smoking and blowing oil and ran worse. Took it back and they call and said that the valve was stuck and heads were worped and they cant get parts and my 4800. 00 lawn mower was worthless. Tried to say we put 15 hours on ii in one week. Lie. We have had it for 9 yrs and only had 380 hrs on it . we could not use it. Needless to say I am very disappointed. my son say the mechanics are too young and dont know what they are doing. I am not sure but if they would have done what they were suppose to first time this would not have happened. You make your own conclusions. I know they have 5 stars but I am going to Austin Gravely in Bonner Springs from now on.
