I ran it the first time today and it's leaking water so badly that it's running all over my basement (under my dishwasher). The subfloor is soaking wet. When I called, I was told they could come over Tuesday (today is Friday) to fix it. The website says 24 hour emergency service. I'm not sure what that means if I have to wait 4 days to get my dishwasher fixed because it was installed incorrectly.
